I'm a Software Engineer with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from York College of Pennsylvania, an M.S in Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and >7 years of experience in software design and development.
My past work has allowed me to work with a variety of programming languages, and touch on many different technology areas. I love learning new things, and hacking together prototypes.
Experience
Leading the development of wearable devices, mobile applications, web applications and SQL/NoSQL storage solutions. Defining business models, building customer relationships and managing a team of talented engineers and scientists.
Collaborated with researchers to design and implement data collection and monitoring systems for Psychophysiology experiments. Developed desktop and Android applications for user interaction and experiment control/tagging. Created data networks and storage solutions. Wrote data preparation, exploration and analysis code for physiology data and experimental events.
Responsible for the development of system requirements, diagrams, and test set software for Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) systems. Wrote C based test set software to interface with GPIB and RS-232 devices, for instrument control. Automated testing to minimizing manual operator interaction.
Supported the allocation and modeling of Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) system requirements. Modeled requirement in Rational Rhapsody for specifications and code generation. Developed test plans, procedures, and manuals. Allocated and maintained requirements in Rational DOORs.
